To all the skeptics and non-residents of Pakistan, I am the first person when it comes to doubting the concept of shopping online on ANY website. Will my products be delivered on time? Will the quality live up to what was promised? Will I get charged an arm and a leg for delivery? Tohfay.com legitimately gets rid of all those doubts! From the choice of products, season's specials, Live Support Online to delivering ON TIME and knowing that you're in good hands throughout. I am so impressed with the Customer Service - how friendly and connected the company is. I was reading, "Due to heavy rain in Karachi, deliveries for September 06 may be affected." And then, I was told over the phone by my relatives that in HEAVY rain, my gift - a whole BUNCH of balloons, sweets and a card - were all safely hand-delivered at the door! Even when no one was home to answer, the kind staff from Tohfay.com left it at the neighbour's, the next best thing as opposed to taking it back and having my relatives pick it up. If this isn't considered delivering on promise, I don't know what is. Considering, especially, that I placed the order 6-7 hours before it arrived... Amaaazing! Anyone who has experience shopping online on US or Euro websites KNOWS that delivery takes at least 5-10 BUSINESS days. You get charged SO much for delivery and taxes. Your product will not always look like the pictures. You never, ever get your money's worth shopping online for gifts. Seriously. Abrar and I think Imran were helping me on Live Support at 4am and 11am Pak time. They were not only helpful, but were advising me as to what I can gift - what will make it today, what won't, what brands/companies are available... Basically going above and beyond to help. I won a contest organized by Tohfay.com as part of their mother's day celebration. Not only did I get the promised gift voucher on time but also I must say I am highly impressed by their customer care services. Every query that I had was addressed within 24 hrs.
