If you think that the products delivered were not up to the promised standards we have set for ourselves, please contact our customer service at service@tohfay.com with your order number within 48 hrs of the delivery of gift order. You would be provided with return/replacement instructions depending upon the nature of order. Each complaint would be assessed on a case to case basis. A replacement delivery coupon of value equal to the value of original order may be offered for perishable gifts like flowers, cakes, mithai, fruits and chocolates. Other gift items may be returned for a refund, provided the product should be in its original unused form and packaging for return. No refunds will be accepted for gifts delivered at incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Excess shipping and Handling charges (for express and custom deliveries) shall not be refunded for either perishable or other gift items.
