UBL netbanking

Netbanking Payment Procedure:

1. Only UBL account holders having the facility of UBL Netbanking can make payment via this payment method
2. The Customers with existing UBL accounts will need to activate their Netbanking facility on their UBL account (one time activity). You need to this with your UBL account branch or on UBL website www.ubldirect.com
3. After logging in to the UBL Netbanking website, the Customer will view the main dashboard of their account, from there they need to select the Tab My Payments and scroll down to Online Shopping option.
4. Online Shopping option will lead them to the list of vendors from where the Customer selects Tohfay.com as their preferred choice to shop from.
5. The Customers will enter the required details to complete the process.
6. The Customers will get payment confirmation receipt after successful completion of the Transaction by UBL.

Send Money By Mobicash

Any person in Pakistan could make payments using Mobicash by visiting the nearest Mobilink franchise, customer care center or Mobicash retailer.

Procedure to send money:

In order to send money, the sender needs to bring and submit the following documents to the Mobilink franchise, customer care center or Mobicash retailer.

1. Your valid and original Nadra CNIC along with one copy of your CNIC
2. The valid CNIC number of the person assigned by Tohfay to receive money.

Before the money transfer, the sender will be asked to enter a 6 digit confidential pass code on the Mobicash agent's mobile handset. The sender should not disclose this confidential pass code to the Mobicash agent and should only communicate the pass code to the receiver.

As soon as the transaction is completed, a confirmation SMS will be sent to both the sender and receiver.

Please email the '6 digit pass code' as well as 'trace number of the transaction' to us on service@tohfay.com for your payment to be accepted and confirmation of your order.

This service is not limited to Telenor customers; other mobile network customers can also use this service.

Step 1: When you place order and get this screen then you have to click "Easy Pay" Button.

Step 2: Fill your mobile no & email address then click "Proceed" button.

Step 3: When you get this screen you must have to click "Finish" button to complete process.

Step 4: Finally, you will get your Token # in the last screen as well as on your cell phone.

Once you get Token #, go to the EasyPaisa Shop, show your Token # and make the payment accordingly.
