Sr.PHP Developer (TPK-IT-02)

Education and Technical Skills:

Master/Bachelors in Computer Science from a reputable University
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in developing advanced web application using PHP programming language
Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML and CSS experience
Expert in building database applications MySQL, PostgreSQL etc

Skills and Experience:

Experience in developing and scaling of large E-commerce projects.
Experience of working with Concrete CMS, Typo3, Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Megento, ZenCart and other top rated open source platforms.
Should have a strong knowledge about HTML, XHTML and basic CSS
Strong knowledge of PHP 5, OOP, APIs, Scalability, Caching, Complex Object Models, MySQL - Views, Stored Procedures, Transactions, SEO, Social Media Integration, FB apps, Knowledge about storage engines, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Dom Manipulation, XML - Parsing, Creating, Template Engines i.e. Smarty, Code Ignitor etc.

Marketing

Mgr Marketing (TPK-MKT-01)

Education and Technical Skills:

Graduate in or Business or Science
MBA/Masters preferred
Other educational back ground should be compensated by work experience
Minimum requirement to be able to work routinely with MS Word/Excel/Point, and Internet .

Skills and Experience:

8-10 years experience of Marketing and Brand Management in a entrepreneurial or medium size Consumer Product FMCG Organization
Strong Analytical and Evaluation Skills
Can work well with numbers and can create comparatives and budgets.
Can work flexible hours (total work hours per week do not exceed the regular 50-55 hrs).
Can work from home some times in late hours
General Business acumen or experience to relate Operations, Sales, Marketing and Product Development in a business
Must be a self starter
Willing to work on Certain Public Holidays

Operations

Mgr Operations and Logistics (TPK-OP-01)

Education and Technical Skills:

Graduate in Commerce or Business
MBA/Masters preferred
Other educational back ground should be compensated by work experience

Skills and Experience:

5-7 years experience of managing Operations in Delivery, Retail or, Distribution, Logistics Organization
Some experience of Customer Service Role
Project Management Experience and Skills beneficial
Read, write and speak fluent English is a must.
Can work well with numbers and can create comparatives and budgets.
Can work flexible hours (total work hours per week do not exceed the regular 50-55 hrs).
Can work from home some times in late hours
Understands technology, can relate to logic behind web site designs and development.

You can relate to the concepts of branding, market Research and consumer behavior.
