Orders are delivered during the standard delivery timings between 11 AM – 7 PM PST in all cities of Pakistan. However, you can get Urgent Delivery option on selected products under the category of Gifting Emergency.
Kindly read the additional product information (API) and useful ordering information (UOI) given below in each product description before placing your order.
Gifting Emergency is a special 3 Hours Rush Delivery service giving customers a convenience to get their orders delivered at any time on the same day; within Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi only. This special service can only be availed between 10 AM – 3 PM PST.
Orders placed after the mentioned timings will not be entertained on the same day. Delivery time of the order starts after the payment is made by the customer. Please call or e-mail for more details.
The charges are shown at checkout i.e. PKR.1000 for customers ordering from Pakistan & $10 USD for Global Customers, to avail the special 3 Hours Rush Delivery service.
Tohfay.com ships to over 150 cities in Pakistan. We use our own couriers or partner courier services for standard shipments within Pakistan. We have two options for you to choose from for delivery:
Standard: The delivery takes 2-3 days, excluding holidays. This option is FREE. Please see the list of major cities covered in Pakistan by this service on this page.
Custom Delivery: Delivery on specific dates and / or specific time of the day such as Lunch Time, 8-10 pm or at Midnight are all possible including delivery on a Sunday or a Public Holiday. For day specific or time specific orders, you must select your preferred date and /or time using the delivery date field with in the shopping cart ordering page.During event peak season days last delivery time may be extend by 1-2 hours to facilitate maximum customers’ needs.
All day specific orders shall be placed at least 24 hours (1 day) in advance. For certain products, a longer prior notice is required. The specific time required is mentioned under Useful Ordering Information in the description page of each individual product. Date and Time specific deliveries are enabled with additional charges depending upon the city of delivery and the products selected. The charges are shown at your check out..
In order to have a discounted upfront listing of product prices, Tohfay.com has eliminated the shipping and handling charges that were included as the part of product costs. Thus the prices of almost all products are now much lower for you to choose from. So Our Customers Are Winners!
And a whole lot of products are still listed with absolutely ZERO Shipping. Also now when you add multiple items to your cart in a single order we are able to discount individual items for shipping charges. The More You Buy, The Less You Pay! Certain products (electronics, bulk size, sensitive/fragile shipping) would require some extra shipping/handling charges that will show in your shopping cart. But we assure you that You’re Not Paying Extra!
Many Perishable and non-perishable products can be ordered for delivery on the 'Same-Day'. This service is not available for certain products and in certain cities. Kindly read the additional product information and useful ordering information given below each product description before placing your order.
The cutoff time for same day delivery is 10 am PST. Items which can be easily delivered on same day are non-customized cakes, flowers and teddy bears. You can also contact our customer representative in case you miss the cutoff time and want a same day delivery.
Generally Same Day deliveries are possible in all major cities including Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Jehlum, Karachi, Lahore, Mirpur Azad Kashmir, Multan, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sialkot. Pleases call or e-mail to check for other cities.
Same day delivery option is available on a variety of items for PKR 150 or US$2.95 (for orders received from outside Pakistan). If an Urgent order is placed for same day with a very short time window then depending upon the product selected in most cases this could be achieved by adding an extra charge of PKR 800 or $10 (for orders received from outside Pakistan). Some products cannot be shipped same day as indicated on the product descriptions.

However, in some rare instances, Tohfay.com may not be able to deliver the product exactly as promised. This may happen due to reasons beyond our control, Strikes / Floods / Acts of nature or any other causality beyond control of Tohfay team or due to human mistake by any of our team member.
Tohfay.com shall in no way be liable, by way of compensation for any loss(es) suffered by the customer in consequences of missed, late or non delivery of gift, for any amount exceeding the value of product order placed.

Flowers, Cakes Fruits and Mithai: Our Perishable products such as flowers, cakes, fruits and mithai are guaranteed to be best of taste, highest quality and always fresh. Cakes are picked from reputable bakeries and Five Star Hotels such as Pear Continental or Marriot (where applicable), Pie in the Sky, Hob Knob Bombay Bakers among others. Mithai is always selected from renowned mithai vendors such as Rehmat-e-Shireen, Sohni sweets, Dakka Sweets and Nirala sweets. Flowers are picked from our own preferred premium flower shops.
National & International Brand Names: Gifts with international brand names (in case of clothes, chocolates, perfumes, watches, and pens) are guaranteed to be original imported stuff. National brand name items are purchased from national distributors in Pakistan. Gifts such as leather products, toys, clothing and accessories etc are selected from suppliers of national repute.

You can also e-mail at service@tohfay.com with your order number to inquire about the status of your order. E-mails are generally replied to within 4-16 hours during business days as well as holidays. Sometimes messages left on weekends/holidays may take a little more time.
If it's already 12-24 hours since you placed your order, there is a good probability that your order has already been processed and shipped. However, we encourage you to e-mail us at sales@tohfay.com with your order number and concern details.
Our customer service staff will advise you with the status of your order and next steps. We may either ask you to return the shipped order (non-perishable goods) after authorization from Tohfay Management or provide you with any other options that better suit your needs. Please note that on occasions, Tohfay will not be able to give money back for already processed orders especially where perishable goods have already been ordered for your delivery.
All online transactions at Tohfay.com are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it gets to us. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and when we forward it to the merchant. Tohfay does not store customer credit information for longer period of time to avoid any incident of secure data loss.

Sale of Our Company: As a natural consequence of the development of our company, we could be sold to another company. In the event that we are acquired by another company or a significant portion of our assets is sold to another company, all of the customer information including both financial records and consumer information that we have collected may be transferred to the new company.
Points system is as simple as it sound, while shopping at Tohfay.com customers can earn TohfayPoints for every dollar spent. Once earned they will be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at our stores.
When an item is purchased, the value of points earned on the basis of the total order value will then be calculated and added to your TohfayPoints account as pending points. All Pending points are listed in your TohfayPoints account and will stay there until approved by the store Administration.
Once approved, all pending points will be qualified and customer account will be credited with the value of those points ready for them to spend. Customers must login to their account in order to view the TohfayPoints status. During the checkout process customers will be able to pay for their purchase items with points balance.
Points and Values
You earn 1 Tohfay Point for US $1 spent on Tohfay websites for all orders that values total up to US $200.
You earn 1 Tohfay Point for each US $2 spent on Tohfay websites for all orders that values total between $201 -400.
You earn 1 Tohfay Point for each US $4 spent on Tohfay websites for all orders that values total between $401 -600.
You earn 1 Tohfay Point for each US $5 spent on Tohfay websites for all orders that values total between $601 -$1200.
Account continues to show as pending till the order is processed on the delivery end. As soon as the order is delivered and the whole order cycle is completed, the point's status changes from 'pending' to 'earned' in the individual user account.
You would be surprised to see how quickly Tohfay Points accumulate for you as Tohfay money for future purchases.
Please note, that the store owner reserve the right to make change to the above rate according to the store policy and goverment payble taxes. if change take place this rate will be updated.
Restriction and Limitation: Currently only restrictions apply on earning points or redeeming points on products listed in certain categories such as Sadqa and related products. We strongly advise customers to check this page often since rules may change according to sales season or store policy.
Minimum Points Required: Currently we do not require any minimum points to use while shopping. Customers will have to select another payment method for balance of the order value if there is not enough points available in their accounts to cover the price of order purchase. Redeeming Shopping Points: Points available in TohfayPoints account may only be used to pay for items purchased at Tohfay.com websites.During the checkout process, on the select a payment method page, customer would see a box to enter and redeem points. Customer can enter the number of points they would like to spend or tick the check box to use all available points. Please note that since points are non-refundable, customers must enter the exact amount and not more than the points required to balance the total order value. Click the redeem box.
Customer will continue checkout procedure and at the confirmation page they will notice that the total order amount has been recalculated and the discount amount equivalent to the value of TohfayPoints used will appear just before the total.
When a customer confirms the order, TohfayPoints account will be updated to reflect new balance. Any purchases made with using redeemed points will not be rewarded with any additional points.
Conditions of use: TohfayPoints are only available to Tohfay.com registered users. TohfayPoints are only validated at Tohfay.com. We do not refund or transfer points to other member's account. TohfayPoints cannot be exchanged for money. TohfayPoints will not be refunded for any cancelled order. Please note, that the store owner reserve the right to make changes to the above conditions according to the store policy and government payable taxes.

Before the money transfer, the sender will be asked to enter a 6 digit confidential pass code on the Mobicash agent's mobile handset. The sender should not disclose this confidential pass code to the Mobicash agent and should only communicate the pass code to the receiver.
As soon as the transaction is completed, a confirmation SMS will be sent to both the sender and receiver.
Please email the '6 digit pass code' as well as 'trace number of the transaction' to us on service@tohfay.com for your payment to be accepted and confirmation of your order.

UBL Omni system shall then:
Display Transaction receipt on UBL Omni Dukaandar’s application containing:

- Transaction Type
- Transaction date and time

The UBL Omni Dukaandar shall then print and handover the Transaction receipt to the Customer at the same time..
As soon as the transaction is completed, a confirmation SMS will be sent to both the sender and receiver.
