Everybody knows that it's hard to find a reliable service in Pakistan, and we are all distrustful regarding pakistani postal services ... ALTHOUGH, some exist ... and Tofhay is one of them !!! I ordered an item for my better half on the Valentine's day. I couldn't predict if there would be someone to welcome the voucher or not at his home, and was afraid that the voucher puts the envelope in the mail box of the building, and thus that the envelope disappears. So i just emailed Tofhay about my worries.But finally, despite the absence of somebody at home, the voucher came back 2 days after to deliver my item. What can i say? I had ordered a box of dozen Dunkin Donuts to be sent to Pakistan. However I was upset and disappointed that the doughnuts they received were that of Shezan, a local bakery. I contacted the customer service and I must say that I was impressed when the customer service officers promptly replied and admitted the fault at their end. They sent another box of dozen Dunkin Donuts to my family in Pakistan. I do realise there can be glitches and flaws in the system. Its being human.
