Dear Tohfay Team, I made an order for a gift to a family member in Lahore, Pakistan. I was unable to locate my confirmation receipt and decided to call the Tohfay Team in Karachi. I called the same and spoke to Customer Rep, Ms Bushra, she was polite, professional and most helpful. I also spoke to the Team Supervisor, Ms Maria who was equally polite and professional. I chose Tohfay randomly on net and then spoke to tgeir CS staff in karachi. It was a pleasure to talk to a courteous staff who not only helped me chose the best cake for my mom but also assured me of the quality.
