Dear Tohfay Team, I made an order for a gift to a family member in Lahore, Pakistan. I was unable to locate my confirmation receipt and decided to call the Tohfay Team in Karachi. I called the same and spoke to Customer Rep, Ms Bushra, she was polite, professional and most helpful. I also spoke to the Team Supervisor, Ms Maria who was equally polite and professional. Dear Tohfay.com. I recently tried your services for the first time after I won a discount voucher in a contest on your official Facebook page. Initially I thought the prices of the items were high but later when I compared them to other gift sending services available in Pakistan I realized that your prices are comparatively quite reasonable and the variety of gifts to choose from is wider so that's a huge plus. There was also a delay in cash collection but all that was soon alright and forgotten because I was delighted by your awesome speedy delivery and the happiness it brought to my dear recipients. It was amazing, the feeling of being able to choose and send anything to your loved ones with out even leaving the comfort of your home. Ms. Bushra from Tohfay.com has been a constant source of help and I appreciate her remaining in contact with me through out the process. I really felt cared for. The donuts from Dunkin Donuts were delicious and fresh. My little sister (whom I ordered those for) loved the surprise a lot! The 2 dozen mixed roses were alright, the color combination and arrangement could've been better (I mean there could've been something different in it to differentiate it from the common local flower shop arrangement to make it more special). That's just a suggestion, of course. The recipient i.e. my mother loved them nevertheless. And did I mention the greeting card? It's so colorful and cool!! It would be even better if the customized message was directly printed on it rather than pasting a printed out label. Overall the experience has been a good one. I'll definitely consider Tohfay.com whenever I have to send gifts to my buddies. Plus I'd also recommend this website to other. Thanks again for letting us spread joy and happiness! I confess that at the time of lodging the complaint, I did not expect such a professional and amicable response.
