Excellent customer service! I have been ordering through Tohfay since over a year now and every time their exceptional customer service wows me. I asked for so many favors but each time my order was delivered as and when I requested. I have contacted them through email over the weekends and during non-operational hours and without any exception, I always get a prompt response from them. I would like to commend one of their Star Member from the customer service team, Maria Ghafoor. She is exceptionally well in exceeding customer expectations.
