Wanted to leave a feedback on the support received from Ms. Maria Ghafoor. I sometimes chose Tohfay.com to send gifts to my wife, however this time I wanted it to be delivered immediately, upon selecting the same date, it was yet a day ahead. I requested by Emailing it to you guys. In return the service received by Ms. Maria Ghafoor was just excellent. She not only mailed me back, but called me and kept me updated till the delivery actually happened. Indeed the service was impressive. Maria Ghafoor seems to be a valuable asset to me for tohfay.com. Dear Maria the gift package has been received perfectly on the requested time. My wife also mentioned that Ms. Maria personally called her for confirmation, which is a very good gesture. Thanks Ms Maria for your concern. The order TP09May-41907 was my first ever order on Tohfay.com for sending birthday gift for my wife, which initially looked like a disaster. Firstly as a result of delivery of the items 10 days before the birthday of the my wife (probably as a result of load for Mother's Day gifts) and then because of an unacceptable quality issues with one of the ordered item. As a result, the i was extremely disappointed and decided not to do further transactions and complained about it. Contrary to my expectation, the complaint was taken utmost seriously. I received apology call in UAE so my wife in Pakistan from Ms Maria who told that the complaint was shocking to them as well because that issue was the first of its kind in the history of Tohfay.com and she assured us that the matter has been taken seriously. As a compliment, the order will be re-delivered again on the birthday. the wife received the items again on her birthday followed by call from Ms Maria to confirm that the order is received, which made us feel extremely satisfied of the service.
