Salam, I just wanted to advise that i have received a call from your Canada/States office and they have clarified the issue with me. according to the information they provided the car that was delivering the cake broke down upon this the delivery man made alternate arrangements, I must say given the information from my brother in Pakistan and your head office, i commend the delivery man's services he indeed did a good job.
