I was not too happy when the delivery arrived at first.. There were few things missing in the flower basket and the cake was a bit damage n wasn't the actual one as shown in the picture and mentioned in my order but you guys in Lahore Pakistan did a good job and responded very well and covered everything.... They delivered the missing Ferrero Rocher and the cake was gorgeous and looked yummy.... I really want to congratulate on you for providing such an excellent customer service. The way your team explained the situation to my fiance and me and assured that everything is properly communicated was really great. I am really happy to see the way you guys are delivering services. And As your new customer I really want you to improve your service further. I just want to mention couple of points where you should focus. When the order was delayed I actually logged into your online chat talked to your representative but the response I got from them was not very customer friendly and I was greatly disappointed due to the fact that the person on the other side when realized that I am very furious he/she simple sent me a message that Thank you for using Tohfay.com and closed the chat. That was very disappointing and at that point I decided to never use your service again. I am sure you have a very good customer support which was evident by your phone calls and explanations but please also make sure that people who are engaging directly with customers have the same mindset and at least show some sympathy with the customer to cool him/her down. But I really liked the fact that when I was chatting the representative immediately called the delivery person and updated with right away, and I am really impressed by this level of real time support. Second point i want to make is about your customer service line for US and Canada. Yesterday I called that 1866 number and the person over there was actually very good and provided very good service through assuring me about delivery and updating my order right away. The only point which I noticed is the background nose of kids and other people which felt quite unprofessional. I am not trying to find faults in your services; I really want you to improve your service further as I am really impressed by you efforts for complaint resolution. I hope that you will consider my suggestion and will try to improve on the mentioned areas. Once again thank you very much for your prompt and effective complaint handling.
