Dear Tohfay team, I don't have any questions to ask, however, I would like to commend your entire team for always delivering gifts sent by my husband (Ali Mir) in a timely and professional manner. I would also like to praise your delivery team who ensure that each gift is received in perfect condition no matter where the location may be. Though my husband and I have always been satisfied with your quality standards, I would like to mention today's gift delivery in particular (TP18Nov-50739) which left me very impressed indeed. My gift was to be a surprise delivery to my office in Korangi, however, unfortunately I was unable to answer calls/texts by the Tohfay delivery person, as I was in a meeting and then left for lunch shortly after. I believe the Tohfay delivery person waited for quite a while after which he tried to connect with me via my office's security staff whose call I did receive as I was on my way back. I was very pleased with the politeness of the delivery person, despite the wait, as well as his ardent efforts to ensure that I received my gift which I indeed did when I reached my office. I would like to offer my regrets to the Tohfay delivery person for being unable to attend calls, as it is definitely quite a tedious task to make deliveries in Korangi. I would also like to convey a big thank you to the entire Tohfay team for making each gift delivery special! Well i dont know how to start, and how to thank you for making it possible. i am not a very good critic or a writer, infact i dont even know how to praise anyone... my brother use to draw very good diagrams in childhood and i never praised or thanked him. and my fiance always gets sad and says that you never said even once that "i am beautiful" etc etc... and my family and everyone at work call me "angry young man" "always serious" etc etc but truly, what you have done has to be praised. Thank you all very much and helping me with my lots of emails and questions and making sure everything is perfect. all my questions were answered in a timely manner.
