I know the area it had to be delivered to is a little hard and messy to find, but your rider was there on time, without calling anyone to ask for directions - which would've ruined the surprise. Hello I would like to make some feedback about my experience at Tohfay. Around a month ago I had found Tohfay and wanted to arrange a delivery from UK to go to Pakistan. I was helped by a man called Nourman he was very friendly and assisted me and even went out of his way to create the exact product I wanted. The ordering and paying system was extremely easy and very straight forward. On the day of my delivery yes there were a few issues and if I have to say anything it is just please if there are any further problems please let clients know straight away. Other than that the issue was fixed by the Tohfay team and by Maria G, she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to fix the problem at hand. She handled my obvious frustrations in such a professional and kind manner I was so happy. She went out of her way to make me happy and reassure that my delivery was delivered the best it could be. I believe she is extremely hard working and really puts all her efforts into making people happy with the end result and I am very thankful to her. I am also very thankful to the rest of the Tohfay team who were running around for me fixing the issue, thank you to you all, Nourman for making the process so easy and offering more for the issues and to Maria for going out of her way to fix things and making me feel relaxed about everything. I hope this email reaches them but also whole team and they are told that they are a very good team. You have great people working for you and I apologise for my frustrations please know I am so thankful to you for making my delivery special.
