Every effort shall be made to provide the product as promised and/or deliver exactly the same product as ordered on the date and time as required by the customer. However, in some rare instances, Tohfay.com may not be able to deliver the product exactly as promised. This may happen due to reasons beyond our control, Strikes / Floods / Acts of nature or any other causality beyond control of Tohfay team or due to human mistake by any of our team member.

Tohfay.com shall in no way be liable, by way of compensation for any loss(es) suffered by the customer in consequences of missed, late or non delivery of gift, for any amount exceeding the value of product order placed.

Credit Card Use:

All online transactions at Tohfay.com are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it gets to us. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and when we forward it to the merchant. Tohfay does not store customer credit information for longer period of time to avoid any incident of secure data loss.
