There is a $1.95 charge for Sunday deliveries and deliveries on any specified dates. Tohfay.com often runs promotional offers for no extra charge deliveries on major celebration holidays. Delivery may be delayed on certain holidays, so please book your orders well in advance.
Same day delivery option is available on a variety of items for $8.00 urgent shipping charge. Not all products can be shipped same day.

Every effort shall be made to deliver exactly the same product as ordered. However, at times it may not be possible and vary due to reasons beyond our control, such as non-availability in a certain region/city or the seasonal constraints. In case of such a forced substitution greatest care will be taken to ensure that the substitute product delivered shall be equal in quality and value to that ordered.
Tohfay.com shall in no way be liable, by way of compensation for any loss(es) suffered by the customer in consequences of missed , late or non delivery of gift, for any amount exceeding the value of order placed.
Tohfay reserves the right to cancel any order at any point for any reason. In a case where an order is cancelled and not delivered, your money will be returned to you. If a credit card has been charged, please allow a week or ten days for the money to reflect in your account.

Tohfay.com provides a quality guarantee on our delivery and service. If you think that the products delivered were not up to the promised standards we have set for ourselves, please contact our customer service at service@tohfay.com with your order number within 48 hrs of the delivery of gift order. You would be provided with return/replacement instructions depending upon the nature of order. Each complaint would be assessed on a case to case basis.
A replacement delivery coupon of value equal to the value of original order may be offered for perishable gifts like flowers, cakes, mithai, fruits and chocolates. Other gift items may be returned for a refund, provided the product should be in its original unused form and packaging for return.
No refunds will be accepted for gifts delivered at incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Excess shipping and Handling charges (for express and custom deliveries) shall not be refunded for either perishable or other gift items.

Flowers, Cakes and Mithai: Our flowers, cakes and mithai are guaranteed to be best of taste, highest quality and always fresh. Cakes are picked from reputable bakeries and Five Star Hotels suchas Pear Continental, Marriot, Sheraton (where applicable) and our mithai is always selected from renowned mithai vendors such as Sohni sweets, Qasr-e-Shireen, Dakka Sweets and Nirala sweets. Flowers are from Zerrita flowers, Narcissus and our own preferred premium flower shops.
National & International Brand Names: Gifts with international brand names (in case of clothes, chocolates, perfumes, watches, and pens) are guaranteed to be original imported stuff. National brand name items are purchased from national distributors in Pakistan. Gifts such as leather products, toys, desi-clothing etc are selected from suppliers of national repute.

What are my options for days of delivery and shipment time?
Tohfay.com ships to over 150 cities in Pakistan. We use our own couriers or partner courier services for standard shipments within Pakistan. We have two options for you to choose from for delivery:
Standard: The delivery takes 2-4 days, excluding holidays. This option is FREE. Please see the list of major cities covered in Pakistan by this service at the end of this policy page.
Custom Delivery: Delivery on specific dates, holiday occasions and Sundays. All day specific orders shall be placed at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. This option is for US$ 1.95 extra. a standard order to be shipped and delivered?
Every effort is made to ship your gifts within 24 hours after receiving the order. Delivery is however subjected to approval and confirmation of your credit card. Standard orders for perishables and other regular items are usually delivered within 2-4 days excluding holidays from the date of placement of order. Larger items such as electronics, automobiles etc may take from 7 to 10 days for delivery

In case the recipient's address or contact no given are incorrect or recipient is not home, delivery may not be attempted again especially in the case of all perishable items. We will try our level best to contact the customer but due to the global time difference that may not be possible. So in a case where perishable items are ordered and delivery has been attempted but recipient cannot be contacted due to incorrect contact information or if customer is not home, money will not be refunded.

FAQ: What is Points System?
Points system is as simple as it sound, while shopping at Tohfay.com customers can earn TohfayPoints for every dollar spent. Once earned they will be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at our stores.
How this system work?
When an item is purchased, the value of points earned on the basis of the total order value will then be calculated and added to your TohfayPoints account as pending points. All Pending points are listed in your TohfayPoints account and will stay there until approved by the store Administration.
Once approved, all pending points will be qualified and customer account will be credited with the value of those points ready for them to spend. Customers must login to their account in order to view the TohfayPoints status. During the checkout process customers will be able to pay for their purchase items with points balance.
Points and Values
You earn 1 Tohfay Point for US $1 spent on Tohfay websites for all orders that values total up to US $200.
You earn 1 Tohfay Point for each US $2 spent on Tohfay websites for all orders that values total between $201 -400.
You earn 1 Tohfay Point for each US $4 spent on Tohfay websites for all orders that values total between $401 -600.
You earn 1 Tohfay Point for each US $5 spent on Tohfay websites for all orders that values total between $601 -$1200.

Restriction and Limitation

Redeeming Shopping Points
Points available in TohfayPoints account may only be used to pay for items purchased at Tohfay.com websites.
During the checkout process, on the select a payment method page, customer would see a box to enter and redeem points. Customer can enter the number of points they would like to spend or tick the check box to use all available points. Please note that since points are non-refundable, customers must enter the exact amount and not more then the pints required to balance the total order value. Click the redeem box.
Customer will continue checkout procedure and at the confirmation page they will notice that the total order amount has been recalculated and the discount amount equivalent to the value of TohfayPoints used will appear just before the total.

Tohfay.com is the only service offering to perform Sadqa and Qurbani in Pakistan on your behalf. Meat is distributed to the needy people under the supervision of well known welfare trusts. Please note that this is a voluntary service Tohfay provides with only minimal services charges added to the cost which are basically the expanses incured by Tohfay.com. After delivery of Sadqa/Qurbani, receipts from welfare trusts are also sent to the customers.
Tohfay.com is in no way affiliated with any of the charitable foundations and welfare organizations we engage in completeing the sadqa, zakat or other charitable tasks for our customers.
